Alright, my wonderful folks! I’m back and active again after rolling in a little too much work the past couple months, and today I’ve come with an offering to appeal to you all!
Today, I offer you some smooth smooth swing: Broken Blues by Skeewiff and Keith Nichols! What do they have to offer? Well, they call it ‘ghetto swing’. Swingin’ on the streets - down the alleys and past all the cool cats trying to make eye contact with all that swag is all I can describe of this. I find this to be a fairly relaxing tune of swingin’ blues apart from the many big time jumpy club sorts. No doubt, it’s a great start for me after my absence. We’ve gotta start slow - don’t you think?
This tune is also a treat! Skeewiff is offering Broken blues free to download on his soundcloud! Click [here] to check out Skeewiff’s soundcloud!

Song: Got Me Running
Album: Black Kat Kingdom EP
Artist: Cyril Noir
Released: December 30th, 2011
Cyril Noir is San Francisco’s premier Electro Swing DJ and Music Producer. Swinging electronica sets, he gets the crowd rocking and swinging with his unique blend of dance music and speakeasy swing jazz. The tempo can range from sexy trip-hop up to floor filling electro house. You might call it Swing and Bass. - Cyril Noir
Another jump for yours truly, Sound Assembly! From here they release a much more hard beat, up beat and perhaps a rather fierce sound in the world of electro-swing. This tune seems to be a little different from their usual style, and perhaps settles more for the sort of music you dance in clubs to. (If it was longer, anyway.) Again, if you’re unfamiliar with the Sound Assembly, it’s best that you go check out the rest of their tunes through their Soundcloud! Do it now! Go, go now, scoot!

SOUND ASSEMBLY bring you a fresh live mix of sultry vintage sounds, a truck load of attitude and a good dose of downright dirty dance-floor beats. - Sound Assembly
Introducing an interesting group called Red Light District. Particularily, their album, ‘Smoke & Mirrors’ (Which includes 4 fantastic tunes: Train, Lizard Girl, Smoke and Fire) boasts a fabulous and unique flair of Neo-Vaudiville that makes me feel like strutting down the street in a feathered boa. It is modern with a tinge of wonder and a dash of a burlesque flair~ You must give it a hear!
Song Name: Fire

Electronic Folk music can be quite interesting to some degree…however, Poszi & Basic’sAnalog Cuvee: Magyar Tanc tops it whilst preserving a fantastic balance of both Folk and Electronic without demolishing the overall feel of either one. Both a taste of things, and perhaps something new from the already out of the norm on this blog!
Song name: Magyar Tanc
Album: Analog Cuvee
Artist: Poszi & Basic
Release: Feb 19, 2011

I would tumblr this sooner if I decided to make a tumblr before…but for now I’ll just fill up the roster with previous curiosities that must NEVER go unmentioned at all.
